SHCA Trust: Education
The Education arm of the Trust funds public education on the attributes, characteristics, description, function, and trainability of the Siberian Husky along with the history of the breed. The Trust supports seminars, workshops and Meet the Breed type of activities.
Currently, we have an Education Participation Grant for area clubs and individual SHCA members. This grant is intended only as a stipend to help defray mileage and parking expenses incurred in support of SHCA hosted, sponsored, or sanctioned education programs. The application maybe found at the top of the column at the right.
The Education arm of the Trust supports a large variety of activities. If you feel you have an activity that fits with the purposes of our organization, please send a proposal to shcatrustchair@gmail.com. In your proposal be sure to include as much detail as possible about your plan, your audience and the outcomes.
